Cancellation Policy

Acrylic Bliss Nails — Client Etiquette & Luxe Suite Policies Where calm luxury meets flawless acrylics — Westland, MI 1. Booking Your Experience All appointments are reserved through the online booking site. A valid phone number and email are required to secure your time. New clients must complete booking with the required deposit. 2. Deposits All appointments require a non‑refundable deposit of 30% of the service total. Deposits are applied toward your final balance at checkout. If you cancel within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited, and the remaining 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No-call/no-show: The deposit is forfeited, and the full service amount is due. Deposits ensure your spot is secured and prevent scheduling gaps. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same‑day cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee. No‑call/no‑shows result in: A 100% cancellation fee Future appointments requiring full payment upfront. 4. Late Arrivals A 10‑minute grace period is offered. After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be canceled and marked as a no‑show to avoid delaying other clients. 5. Health & Wellness If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule in advance. Clients arriving visibly sick will not be serviced for the safety of all guests. 6. Clean Hands Policy Please arrive with clean hands and no heavy oils or lotion. Excessive buildup or debris may require an additional prep fee. 7. Service Guidelines I do not work over another tech’s acrylic. Please book a soak‑off if needed. Bring any nail inspiration photos at the start of your service. Extra‑long lengths or complex designs may require upgraded services. 8. Suite Privacy To maintain the calm, private ambiance of the suite, no extra guests or children are permitted. Only the scheduled client may enter the suite. 9. Payments Final payment is due immediately after your service. Accepted forms: cash, card, or approved digital payments. All sales are final — no refunds. 10. Nail Fix Policy Breaks within 72 hours may qualify for a complimentary repair. Damage caused by misuse, breakage, or trauma is not covered. After 72 hours, standard repair pricing applies. 11. After Hours & Non-Scheduled Day Policy Appointments requested outside normal operating hours will incur an additional $25–$50 fee, depending on service length. Appointments on non-scheduled days may require advance approval and will include a $50 service surcharge. Availability is limited and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. 12. Respect & Conduct Acrylic Bliss Nails is a calm, luxury environment. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior will result in a refusal of service. 13. Photos & Media Photos/videos of your nails may be taken for portfolio use. If you prefer not to be included in content, just let me know — your comfort comes first. 14. Complimentary Treats Enjoy the curated coffee, tea, and snack bar during your service. Outside food is not permitted in the suite to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics. 15. Agreement By booking with Acrylic Bliss Nails, you acknowledge and agree to all suite policies.
