Reschedule 24+ hours in advance to avoid fees
Same-day cancellations: 50% fee
No-show: 100% fee; future bookings require full prepayment

After-hours surcharge: $25–$50 (based on service length)
Non-scheduled day appointments require 48+ hours notice and may include a $50 service fee
